-Live arrival if animal is shipped to arrive on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
-30 Day health Guarantee on every animal. We only sell the most healthy, active animals that we have available.
-Your satisfaction is guaranteed. What you see is ultimately what you get: a healthy, active reptile!
What We DO NOT Guarantee
-Live arrival if you want us to ship for Friday arrival. FedEx could have possible issues and the package might not get to you on Friday. While this doesn’t happen often, we strongly encourage that you ship for arrival on another weekday.
-30 Day Health and “live arrival” guarantee is voided if you do not contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package or if nobody is available to receive the package as soon as it is delivered. You MUST contact us within 48 hours via email or other means in order to get the guarantee!
Terms and Conditions
Here at Jurassic Reptiles, we care very much for each and every animal that we sell. Because of this, we want every single one of our animals to find a caring, responsible home. We have every right to deny a sale if we feel the interested buyer is unfit to purchase one of our animals.
Shipping
We use both FedEx and UPS as shippers. All animals are overnighted to your door.
We prefer that you request your animal to arrive on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or a Thursday. Friday arrival can be risky: the carrier could “forget” your package or some sort of hold-up could occur. We do deliver for Friday arrival but your animal is not guaranteed if something goes wrong on the carriers end in that circumstance.
The cost of shipping is calculated by our shopping cart. If you are planning on picking an animal up locally, please contact us before you purchase an animal through the cart system.
We will not ship if weather conditions are less than safe, or if the temperature is below 40 degrees F or above 90 degrees F.
Combined Shipping
We do combine shipping if you order more than one animal from us. Simply add your animals to the cart, and you will be charged for only one flat-rate overnight shipping fee.
